This project was a full-scale transformation of the brand’s digital presence, an opportunity to rebuild both design and functionality from the ground up. The focus was not only on visual alignment with the brand’s vision but also on creating a smoother, more intuitive experience for customers and internal teams alike.

The redesign touched every stage of the journey: from browsing to checkout to post-purchase engagement. Product pages were refined for clarity and impact, the checkout flow was streamlined for ease, and a loyalty program was introduced to strengthen customer relationships.
